Where is the festival?

The festival takes place at Stable Teams HQ which is based in the Warwickshire countryside, no more than 2hrs from Central London.    The venue is easily accessible from Coventry Central Station, Warwick Parkway Station and Wootton Wawen and some shuttles from stations will be available free of charge. Sign up for specific instructions for travel.

What are the accommodation options?

We have 5 on-site accommodation options:
1/ Basic glamping pod with shared facilities
2/ Mega pod for sharers with ensuite and hot tub
3/ Premium 2 bed pods with hot tub
4/ Tree Top Pods with hot tub
5/ Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast
There are many offsite options but the best is:
4 Star Hotel & Spa (10 min taxi away)

Who will be speaking?

We will update the list of speakers as time goes on.  However, we have already secured experts in OKRs, Agile, Holacracy and Sports Psychology.

What can I expect?

Watch the video of the Stable Teams Practitioner `Retreat for some idea of what the festival has in store.  However, this event will be totally different to anything you've experienced before.  It's a festival that meets a conference, that meets a wellness retreat that meets a wedding.  You can't miss this one!

Yes but what's the business value?

You'll get a great introduction to the Stable Teams® Framework as well as an introduction to some of the authors that inspired the content.  There won't be endless talks either.  There is much more in store than keynotes and networking.  If you decide to make it a team event, then do drop us a line for discount options.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you change your mind that's totally fine just please bear in mind the following dates. 
If we receive a request for a refund on or before:
17th March a full refund will be given.
18th March - 17th April - 50% refund
18th April - 2nd May - 25% refund
3rd May - 9th May - 5% refund
10th May - Event Start - 0% available
In some cases and at our complete discretion, we may allow you to put the cost of the ticket towards next year's event.
