Steph Chamberlain is a Scaled Agile Coach, Holacracy Practitioner and Investor. She was published in the conference proceedings for XP2006 in Finland and set up the Agile Consultancy Magic Milestones in 2007. She became a Visiting Industrial Fellow of Aston Business School in 2014 before expanding the business to the Stable Teams® Group and accepting the role of Group CEO.

Steph has been working in technology, coaching and programme management since 2000, delivering programmes and agile transformations for over 100 organisations, including; Jaguar Land Rover, Accenture, the BBC, UK Central Government Departments, Paypoint PLC and many, many more!

Ed is a former Warrant Officer in the Royal Army Physical Training Corps and a Military Adventure Training Specialist in mountaineering, skiing, climbing and paddle sports. He has delivered climbing and ski touring courses to UK Special Forces in support of operational effectiveness.
Formerly in the Parachute Regiment, Ed served on numerous tours before deciding to turn his attention back to his love of fitness. He became a Parachute Regiment Physical Training Instructor at the Parachute Regiment’s Training Centre. It was from there that Ed was selected for the Royal Army Physical Training Corps. In sport Ed has competed for the Army in several 24 hour mountain bike races at International level, as well as representing the Combined Services in the 1500m on the track and aid climbed to the summit of El Capitan in America.
