Kantar Operations

Kantar is a large data firm and Stable Teams (then Magic Milestones) were engaged to deliver a global portfolio management office.

A light-weight, cloud-based system was put in place and a skeleton PMO team ran Agile processes. 

The portfolio processes stood the test of time after being successfully handed over to the internal team which we helped recruit.

The British Film Institute

Magic Milestones implemented an Agile PMO using a cloud-based tool that allowed the BFI to track projects
and plan more effectively. A portfolio dashboard wasset-up with the following items completed:
  • An overview of the project list by way of a simple and accessible dashboard
  • Training and coaching of staff in the use of the new system to allow a “logical project office” to be created
  • Visibility and management reports for the Head of Digital across the digital portfolio of work
  • Light touch governance in place

BBC Worldwide

BBC Worldwide Global Technology department were stretched through increased demand and a squeeze on budgets when they engaged us to review their Portfolio Management.  With Lean portfolio management, an in-depth dashboard and a review of roles and responsibilities, the COO commented afterwards how impressive the outputs were.
