Steph set up Agile Consultancy Magic Maestros back in 2007. Since then she's presided over around 70 agile transformations. Personally, she coached the first Agile team at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, Jaguar Land Rover and delivered the first Agile project for the National Apprenticeship Service.
